REGARDLESS of anything else, it is imperative to disconnect (in your mind’s eye) the IDF’s heroic fighters from their malignant political leaders. While Israel’s top politicians range from delusional to outright treacherous (relative to the majority Zionist public…a preponderance of the minority Arab public sides with the enemy, even among their elected MK’s), the fact of the matter is that the full extent of their treachery is only beginning to seep through to the majority’s consciousness. IN this regard, as repeatedly stated at this site and at a major interview on this very subject, Israel’s political echelon hues to the dictates of those who are not even elected to lead, but nonetheless bind the forces from protecting the nation. In effect, far leftists within Israel’s Arab-centric legal realm continuously hog tie the IDF into untenable knots, as media and academic leftists serve as their back benchers and “kosher” fig leafs. AS a result, IDF wars are fought akin to legal battles, as opposed to life and death operations against genocidal foes. And this is where the rubber meets the road, or, more trenchantly, where soldiers are left without proper (air) cover, under the dastardly “holier than thou” political dictate: do NOT harm the Gazan (enemy) civilian population! Never mind that they voted for a genocidal terror leadership, and in a “democratic” process no less. Shades of Hitler’s “democratic” election. Have mercy.

Yaron Lerman, a Facebook user who posted video of Dvori’s statement, asked: “Does Israel, as a Jewish and democratic state, have the right to forcibly conscript its citizens and send them to their deaths so as not to hurt enemy civilians? Is that what the state of Israel was established for?”
Ynet’s veteran defense analyst Ron Ben Yishai reported that one of the reasons that Hamas was prepared to face Israeli ground troops in the Shejaiya neighborhood, where IDF suffered 13 killed in one day of fighting, is that the residents were given ample advance notice of the IDF’s intent to enter the neighborhood.
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz took pride in the fact that the IDF takes such care to notify residents of its attack plans. “We cannot agree for Hamas to place civilians in our path,” he said earlier thisweek. “So what we have done is to warn the civilians over and over again to evacuate. There are no armies like this, which drop leaflets, call on the phone, bomb next to the target or carry out a ‘knocks on the roof,’ and even disperse the residents with smoke.” {blogger’s note: and it is precisely what the COS crows about which also endangers the soldiers, as the enemy has ADVANCE notice of an impending attack!}
NOW, while most who support Israel seek to defer criticism of the leadership to a later date – at least until after the war is over – this American-Israeli stridently begs to differ. In fact, abject silence has allowed for the facts on the ground to continue to mushroom into a GRAVE threat, even as Israel’s foes plot their genocidal plans, secure in the knowledge that Israel’s derelict leaders will protect the enemy population, and to the detriment of IDF soldiers. Yes, when warnings are given to enemy civilians of an impending attack, the element of surprise attacks are lost…gone…poof! Therefore, where’s the upside to the silence, as Israel’s leaders can’t even stop themselves from spilling their war plans?

AFTER each and every defensive operation, Israel’s counter intuitive leaders exhort: mission accomplished! Oh really?
Thousands of Hamas-linked terrorists planned to invade Israel on the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah), which begins on September 24, according to an Israel security source.
First reported by Ma’ariv, then in English by i24news, “thousands of terrorists were meant to cross over to Israel from Gaza through the tunnels and kill and kidnap as many Israelis as they could. The source added that the army learned about the huge planned attack during the interrogations of Hamas prisoners, captured during Operation Protective Edge in Gaza.”
Reports state that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed his cabinet about the foiled plot during a Thursday cabinet meeting. The leader of the Jewish State reportedly expressed to officials that if this attack was not stopped, the number of Israeli fatalities may have been higher than the over 2,200 deaths Israel suffered during 1973 Yom Kippur War.
During Israel’s recent incursion into Gaza, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have set their sights on destroying Hamas’ sophisticated tunnel system. In the past, the U.S.-designated terror group has successfully infiltrated the Jewish State, resulting in the killing and kidnapping of Israeli soldiers. The last occurrence was on July 19 when two IDF soldiers lost their lives and the assailants were able to escape back to Gaza through a tunnel. Gen. James T. Conway, USMC (ret.) recently returned from Israel, where he was joined by a dozen retired U.S. generals and admirals, sponsored by Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA). While there, the group toured a tunnel from Gaza recently discovered near an Israeli kindergarten.
“Unlike tunnels that I had seen during the Iraq war that were designed for smuggling, this Hamas tunnel was designed for launching murder and kidnapping raids. The 3-mile-long tunnel was reinforced with concrete, lined with telephone wires, and included cabins unnecessary for infiltration operations but useful for holding hostages,” the retired General wrote in the Wall Street Journal.
Israel has reportedly destroyed over 30 tunnels during “Operation Protective Edge.” The Jewish State contends that Hamas, which governs Gaza, devotes resources to building tunnels to commit acts of terrorism, instead of building homes, parks, schools and hospitals.
An article published by the Gatestone Institute quotes an Israeli spokesman’s observation that “there are two Gazas, one above ground and one below ground: an underground terrorist city.”
1. Arabs rioted on the Temple Mount, which is not a new occurrence.
2. Arab mobs broke into a police station attached to the Temple Mount and looted and destroyed everything inside and stole police equipment.
3. Arabs raised the Flag of the PLO Terror organization (Palestinian Flag) atop of structures on the Temple Mount.
One could argue that last night Israel once and for all relinquished any semblance of Israeli-Jewish sovereignty left on the Temple Mount. This Tisha Ba’Av will certainly take on renewed meaning.
BOTTOM LINE: as evidenced, past is prologue and Zionists are doubly screwed; by their leaders and their Arab foes!
